Use of copper-clad aluminum

Polyvinyl chloride insulated wires and cables with a rated voltage of 450 / 750V (below 1Kv) and below are suitable for fixed installation of lighting, electrical and power equipment of AC rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below, and power transmission and distribution systems below 1Kv. Use. Widely used in power, construction, industrial and mining, metallurgy, petrochemical, transportation and other departments. In a good use environment, it can be used continuously within the range of rated voltage and current, and the service life is the same as that of copper cable.

Compared with pure copper conductors, copper-clad aluminum has the advantages of pure copper conductors. Under the same conditions as the DC resistance of conductors (the cross-sectional area is larger than that of pure copper), its AC resistance is lower than that of copper. The flow is 2% -5% larger than the copper conductor (the larger the cross-sectional area, the more obvious the effect). Its cable loss, temperature rise, higher harmonics and other technical indicators are better than copper conductor cables. With the same copper terminal, the temperature rise at the joint is lower than that of copper.
